We have incorporated Singapore public companies such as church, financial brokerages, large trading and investment corporations.
A public company does not have “Pte” or “Private” in its name, usually ends with a “Ltd” or “Limited”.
Public companies can be limited by guarantee, or by shares but it is not possibly incorporated live on the spot. In Singapore, most aspiring charities start this route if they will not be registering with Singapore Police Force ROS.
Significant amount of planning, advsory and preparations are necessary towards incorporating a public company. Experience counts and the Constitution requires more detailed drafting.
We’re updating details into this section soon. You may inquire with us for plans to incorporate one.
